History

Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.

At Tabs I built the creator program and the paid ad engine beside it. I would run the same playbook here: a roster, a hook library, one variable per test, losers killed early. The category is different. LSKD is activewear and gym clothing, and I have not run apparel before. Fit and fabric questions would go to your team.

Part 3 of 14

Principles

  1. One number to protect

Cost per 1,000 views against a $1 target. Every creator, hook and format is judged on it. The simulator starts at $5.74, so the gap is on the page, not hidden.

  2. One variable per test

Ten creators post seven videos each week. We change the hook or the setting, never both. Losers are killed early and winners go into the hook library.

  3. Claims come from LSKD's own words

Creators quote the lines on the sheet, such as "Made from our compressive and buttery soft REP Fabric". Anything off the sheet is a question to the lead.

  4. Everything runs in one channel

Briefs, claim questions, drafts and reports sit in one team workspace. Replies come the same day, so no creator waits on an email thread.

Part 3 of 14, continued

One channel for everything

#briefs

Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers

Illustrative
  1. SamMon 8:30 AM

Brief for this week: Fusion V-Contour Ultra High-Rise 6" Short Pockets - White. Seven videos. Test the hook, keep the setting. The claims sheet is pinned in #claims-check.

  2. PriyaTue 10:15 AM

Can I say the shorts hold my phone? I want to show it on the run to the studio.

Yes. "Side pockets to stash your phone" is on the sheet. Quote it as written and show it on camera.

  3. Report botAppMon 9:00 AM

Weekly report: views and cost per 1,000 views by creator against the $1 target, the top hooks, and one video flagged for a claim.

  4. SamWed 2:00 PM

Draft back to Tom: you said the leggings sculpt. That is not on the sheet. Reshoot that line with "Flattering V-shaped back yoke" and keep the rest.

    Got it, reshooting tonight.

  5. Report botAppFri 4:45 PM

Video past 100,000 views, organic only. Creator: Jess. Format: fabric touch test. Bonus of $50 flat queued for your review.

  6. SamThu 11:00 AM

Check before Friday: every video needs the format name and the product name in the first line. Two are missing the Pacer 3" Run Short tag.

The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.

Part 4 of 14

Formats

  1. Gym fit check

    Brief 01

    Gym fit check

“Side pockets to stash your phone. Let me prove it.”

Film a warm-up in the shorts, drop a phone into the pocket, squat, and show it stays put. One take, no cuts.

  2. Oversized tee, three ways

    Brief 02

    Oversized tee, three ways

“Same oversized tee, three ways. Start with the run club.”

Mirror or tripod, three outfit changes with the Run Club tee: run club, errands, rest day. Name the tee once.

  3. Run day kit

    Brief 03

    Run day kit

“Run day kit: short, belt, socks. Everything in one go.”

Lace up, run a short loop outside, then lay the kit flat. Say each item name once and nothing about speed.

  4. Fabric touch test

    Brief 04

    Fabric touch test

“Rep, the OG fabric: buttery-soft, matte. Touch test.”

Close-up of hands on the fabric, stretch it, then wear it in a workout. Read only the fabric line from the claims sheet.

  5. Colour of the week

    Brief 05

    Colour of the week

“Vitality Plum Caspia, on camera in daylight.”

Shoot by a window, one outfit, turn slowly. Name the colour and the product only, then show the tag.

Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “Made from our compressive and buttery soft REP Fabric”, “Ultra High-rise, fold over waistband for a held-in feel”, “Side pockets to stash your phone”. Product names are said as printed.

Part 5 of 14

Recruiting

Four sources in

  • Gym and run clubs

Members who already wear activewear on camera. Ask the club organiser first, then the member, through public comments or DMs.

  • Local gym communities

Gyms and studios near the Bondi and Chadstone locations the site lists, plus the people who train there.

  • Everyday training content

Creators already filming gym, run and rest days. Judged on the quality of comments, not on follower count.

  • Affiliate or ambassador page

An affiliate or ambassador page was not found on the site. There is an Athletes page, which I would read before writing to anyone.

Five filters, fewer each step

  1. 1Trains on camera

Gym, run or rest-day footage already on their channel, filmed on a phone.

  2. 2Wears activewear honestly

Has worn LSKD or similar kit on camera and will describe the fit in their own words.

  3. 3Comments over followers

Real replies under their posts count for more than a follower total.

  4. 4Passes the claims test

Reads the claims sheet and repeats the lines without adding to them.

  5. 5No conflicts

Not posting for a competing activewear brand in the same week.

Part 6 of 14

Who

  • Gym regular

Lifts in shorts and a tank and shows the pocket test with a phone on camera.

Likely product: Fusion V-Contour Ultra High-Rise 4" Short Pockets - White

  • Run club member

Posts weekly run days, shows the kit laid flat and the short on the move.

Likely product: Pacer 3" Run Short - Pure Olive

  • Low-impact class regular

Studio classes and mobility days. Talks about support and comfort in plain words.

Likely product: Accelerate Sports Bra - Cocoa Powder

  • Everyday tee wearer

Styles cropped tees with denim and training bottoms, mostly casual footage.

Likely product: Boatneck FLXCotton Baby Tee - Ground Coffee

  • Men's lifter

Back and shoulder days, tank on, honest about fit and fabric feel.

Likely product: Rep Muscle Training Tank - Cocoa Powder-Off White

  • Rest day outfit maker

Builds a full outfit around one oversized tee and shows three ways to wear it.

Likely product: Strata Heavyweight Oversized Tee - Onyx

Left off, every time

Always left out: anyone who promises body change or fitness outcomes from the clothes, anyone who compares LSKD to named brands, and creators who cannot show the product on camera. Fit and fabric claims stay inside the claims sheet.

Approved, word for word

Quoted exactly as the brand publishes it.

  • “Made from our compressive and buttery soft REP Fabric”

    Fusion V-Contour shorts and leggings

  • “Ultra High-rise, fold over waistband for a held-in feel”

    Fusion V-Contour Ultra High-Rise 4" Short Pockets

  • “74% Recycled Polyester, 26% Elastane”

Fabric touch test, read as the composition line

Never said

Each one with the reason it stays out.

  • This legging will slim or reshape you

A body promise. The site gives fit and fabric lines, not results.

  • Squat-proof

Not on the site. A performance claim LSKD has not made.

  • The best activewear in Australia

A comparison and a superlative. Creators never rank LSKD.

  • Eco-friendly or sustainable

The site shows a recycled polyester share, not an environmental claim.

  • It lasts forever

Stronger than anything the site says. Do not extend durability claims.

  • It works for every body

Fit is personal. Creators describe their own size only.

To confirm with the brand

Held until someone on the brand side signs off.

  • FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS

On the site, but confirm which regions it covers before creators repeat it.

  • 10%, 15%, 20% or 25% Welcome Discount

The site shows four levels. Confirm the live one before any creator names it.

  • Buy Now, Pay Later options available

On the site home description. Confirm the current providers before it goes on camera.

Part 9 of 14

Pay

  • Starter

    $300–600

    a month, by band

Starter: creators new to branded work who shoot cleanly on a phone and are learning the claims sheet.

    Bonus at the cap: $300

  • Standard

    $500–1,000

    a month, by band

Standard: creators who deliver seven videos every week and keep adding to the hook library.

    Bonus at the cap: $500

  • Premium

    $800–1,500

    a month, by band

Premium: creators whose Fusion and Athlete videos regularly beat the median view count.

    Bonus at the cap: $700

  1. Under 100,000 views

    $0

The base pay covers the work.

  2. 100,000 views

    +$50 flat

    Whatever the band.

  3. 1,000,000 views

    Top-up to your cap

Bonus = band cap − base pay.

  • One bonus per creator per month, so the cost stays inside the ceiling.
  • The bonus is per video: $50 flat once a single video passes 100,000 views.
  • Organic views only. Paid boosts on the same video never count toward the bonus.
  • No bonus on a video that broke the claims sheet or the category rule, even past 100,000 views.

Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.

The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.

Part 10 of 14

Simulator

At ten creators the simulator lands at $5.74 per 1,000 views against $1. It needs 4.2% of videos to go viral or a median of 21,711 views. Both are guesses, so move the sliders.

Above the $1 target at these inputs.

To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.

Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.

The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.

Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

Exit to paid

From organic to paid

  1. Pick from organic

Only videos that beat the median views are candidates. No video is boosted on a hunch.

  2. Get the creator's yes

Ask the creator in writing before any paid push. Pay and bonus terms stay unchanged.

  3. Same video, one change

Run the video as it is, then change one variable: the hook or the cut. Never both.

  4. Judge on cost

Keep what moves toward the $1 target per 1,000 views and stop the rest early.

From the video to the checkout

  • New Arrivals page for videos on the Athlete range
  • Shop By Fabric page for the fabric touch test, with Rep and FLXCotton named

  • Welcome discount banner for first-time viewers, at the level LSKD confirms

Part 14 of 14

Category rules

Apparel rules for LSKD creators

Activewear is not food or skincare, but fit, fabric and price claims still have to match the LSKD page word for word.

  • Fabric claims as written

Say "Made from our compressive and buttery soft REP Fabric" or read the composition line. Do not add eco-friendly or sustainable: the site gives only the recycled polyester share.

  • Fit stays personal

Say what fits you and name the size you wear. Do not promise results for other bodies. "Smooth and comfortable fit" is the brand's own line.

  • Prices in AUD only

Quote a price only in AUD as the site shows it, such as 80.00 AUD for the Fusion shorts. Never convert it and never imply a sale.

  • Offers wait for the lead

Free shipping, the welcome discount and Buy Now, Pay Later are mentioned only after the lead confirms the live terms in #claims-check.

  • No comparisons

Never name another brand or call LSKD the best. Compare LSKD fabrics to each other only, and only in what you can show on camera.

  • Disclose every post

Every post carries the paid-partnership label. Pay and bonus talk stays off camera, and the hook library never reuses another creator's words.

The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
